  • 雷射焦點分析儀是利用Z 軸達成自動量測焦點長度
  • 單個探測器和測量端的模組化系統設計, 可測量不同波長及散度的雷射光束(CO2,Nd:YAG,光纖雷射、二極體雷射等等)
  • 響應波長300nm~12μm
  • 透過小於125μm 的測量窗口, 可進行微小焦點80μm~4mm 的測量
  • 支援20W 至20kW 的CO2雷射量測,功率密度可達30MW/cm2
  • 支援5W 至8kW 的Nd:YAG 雷射
  • 支援1W 至6kW的二極體雷射
  • 功能强大且完整的專業測量軟體
